We’re Parachute Pizza. Our first location in the Union Market food hall launches the Manic Mondays enterprise, co-founded by Sebastian Zutant, Erin Im, and Oliver Friendly. We all share a love for rectangular pies. Our pizza style highlights quality ingredients in a crispy, olive-oily-yet-airy crust, thicker tomato sauce, and a good layer of delicious mozzarella cheese – 🍕 saves lives.
